Free Shipping within Canada 

  • Free shipping in Canada on all orders over $99 CAD before tax
  • Orders less than $99 CAD will be charged a $10 CAD shipping fee within Canada

Rush Orders - Please let us know if you need an item urgently by completing the notes section in your order.  Let us know when you will need it by and we will do our best to make it happen!

 Free Exchanges & Returns within Canada 

  • We will happily refund any unwashed, unworn items with the tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Email us at returns@lotusmaternity.com to let us know you are returning or exchanging.  Please, please do not send your product back without doing so
  • One free return/exchange per order
  • Return/exchange must be requested within 30 days of order
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to let you know

Exceptions

    • We cannot offer returns or exchanges on intimates, hosiery, or open skin care products
    • SALE items can only be EXCHANGED for another item or for store credit
    • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned
    • Gift cards cannot be returned

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
